Fulfill Orders Page Does Not Display the Following Fields: Ship To, Ship Method, Weight and Tracking Number

The following column fields, Ship To, Ship Method, Weight and Tracking Number displays in the Bulk Fulfillment or Fulfill Orders page only if the Charge for Shipping is enabled.

You can enable it via Setup > Accounting > Shipping > Charge for Shipping Checkbox = T.
