Files can still be Uploaded into the File Cabinet even after Allotted Storage has been Exceeded

NetSuite allows users to still upload files even after they have exceeded their allotted storage. NetSuite Finance Team monitors them to determine the pricing/billing. A link to the Billing Terms is available in the File Cabinet page:

1. As Administrator navigate to Documents > Files > File Cabinet.
2. Right next to the Advanced Add button users find the link to the Billing Terms page. The link is under icon - orange triangle with exclamation mark.
