Enable Option to Automatically Open the Contact Record on an Incoming Call

Steps to configure 8x8 Virtual Office NetSuite Integration to automatically open the contact record when a call comes in:

1. Double-click the 8x8 Virtual Office for NetSuite icon on your desktop

2. Enter your Virtual Office Online username

3. Enter your Virtual Office Online password

4. Enter your NetSuite login email

5. Enter your NetSuite password

6. Enter your NetSuite account number

7. Enter your NetSuite role

8. Click Login

9. Select the extension that you wish to associate to make and receive calls in the Choose Extensions pop up box

10. Click the Settings tab in the 8x8 Virtual Office for NetSuite window

11. Select the option to open the record in the if a matching record is found dropdown field

12. Click the OK button
