Enable the Click-to-Dial Functionality with 8x8 Virtual Office NetSuite Integration

A. Install Virtual Office:

1. Navigate to Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles

2. In the KEYWORDS field enter 8x8.

3. Click the Search button.

4. Click 8x8 Virtual Office.

5. Click the Install button.

6. Click the Install Bundle button.

7. Click OK.

B. Enable click-to-dial functionality:

1. Navigate to Home > Set Preferences > Telephony

2. Select CTI in the TELEPHONY OPTION list.

3. In the CTI URL field, enter https://voapi.8x8.com/netsuite/click2Dial.html?phone={phone}

4. Click Save.

5. In the account Home page > Click Personalize > Click to add a Custom Portlet.

6. In the custom portlet > Click Set Up.

7. In the SOURCE list, select 8x8 Virtual Office.

8. Click Save.
