Editing Journal Entry gives 'You need a Higher Level of Make Journal Entry Permission' even when Permission is already set to Full

Editing Journal Entries for Custom Roles will give this error if the Journal being Edited has already been approved.

The Permission Error will be confusing because even if the Make Journal Entry Permission = Full, the error will still show.

The "Journal Approval Permission" = Edit is needed to be added to edit Approved Journal Entries

1) Navigate to Setup>Users/Roles>Manage Roles
2) Edit the Custom Role
3) Under Permissions>Transactions Tab:

- Make Journal Entries = Full
- Journal Approval = Full

4) Save
