Does Transfer Order Status automatically sets back to Pending Approval when changes are made to it?

1.  No. Any changes to an existing Transfer Order will not reset it back to Pending Approval Status.

2.  Changes may include editing of any fields in the main section and the line item and/or alter of Quantity ordered or adding new line items.  Adding a new line item on the Transfer Order with either Pending Fulfillment or Pending Receipt Status will not revert back Status to Pending Approval. 

If the Transfer Order is in Pending Fulfillment prior to adding the new line item, Status will remain as Pending Fulfillment.  If the transaction was already fulfilled, the status will change to Pending Receipt/ Partially Fulfilled.

3.  At present, we can only do a manual change of Status as long as the Status is Pending Fulfillment. The automation is not yet available in the system. 

4. This behavior is related to Enhancement 200863: Transactions > Sales > Enter Sales Order > List: Edit Sales Orders with Partially Fulfilled/Pending Billing status : Ability to change status to "Pending Approval" when making changes on the Order.  The details specifically about Transfer Orders are already included in the issue.
