When investigating a credit card transaction, it is important to determine if the transaction was manually entered in the SecurePay's website or originated from NetSuite.
For this please follow the steps below:
1. Login to https://login.securepay.com.au/
2. Enter the creditials and click Login
3. Click Search (under Transactions) to look for the credit transaction in question
4. Drill down to the Transaction Details
5. Expand Transaction Source portlet
If the Product displays Merchant Login it means it is manually entered in the SecurePay's website.
If the Product displays XML API, then it originated from integrated applications like NetSuite.
