When user views a Customer Dashboard, Key PerformanceIndicators portlet appears. For non-administrators, the following KPIindicators may not be available:
- Balance
- Overdue Balance
- Days Overdue
- Average Days to Pay
- Average Days Overdue
For a Custom Role to have accessto these indicators, the following permissions need to be set:
1. As Administrator navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.
2. Edit the role.
3. Under Permissions tab > Listssubtab, add Accounts Receivable Register and set level to at least View.
4. Under Permissions tab > Reports subtab, add AccountsReceivable and set level to at least View.
5. Click Save.
