Custom Field sourcing the Lead Source Description

1. Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Entity Fields > New

• Select Text Area in the Type field
• Unmark the Store Value checkbox
• Enter Label for the custom field

2. Under the Applies To tab mark Customer.

3. Under the Display tab select Main in the Subtab field.

4. Under the Sourcing & Filtering tab:

• Source List select Lead Source
• Source From select Message

5. Click Save.
