Currently, Item Items folder is now presented as Item Presentation Items folder.
See sample steps below:
A. Setup > Import/Export > Import CSV Records
-Import Type: Item
-Record Type: Inventory (or a different type example: Assembly/BOM Item)
-Upload the file
-Data Handling: Update
-I have the following fields in my CSV file:
Internal ID (Internal ID of the Item that I will be updating)
Internal ID or Name of the first related item
Type of the first related item
*Type can be Item, Information Item, File Cabinet Item, and Presentation Category.
Internal ID or Name of the second related item (if you have one)
Type of the second related item
B. In my mapping it looks like this:
Internal ID <------------------------------------> Internal ID
*Look for the folder Item Presentation Items
Related Item 1 Name/Internal ID <-----------> Item Presentation Items: Item
*if you are using internal ID, click on the pencil icon and select internal ID under reference type
Related Item 1 Type <--------------------------> Item Presentation Items1: Type
*click on the plus sign (+) beside Item Presentation Items so that it will add the Item Items 2 folder. Use the fields on the 2nd sub folder to map the fields applicable for the 2nd related item. Do the same thing for your succeeding related items.
