Country is Missing from Billing Address

Scenario:

Country is not showing on the printed PDF copy and on the Bill To Address of an Invoice/Sales Order even after doing the following:

1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Address Form. On the Customize Address Form window, mark the Show checkbox in line with the Country field.

2. Setup > Customization > Transaction Form PDF Layouts > increase the size of 'Bill To' element

3. Verify that the Country field is showing under the Address Tab of the Customer Record.

 

Possible action:

1. Navigate to Setup > Company > Countries

2. Edit the country, example is United States.

3. Please verify if there is tag called <COUNTRY> under Address Template. Below should be the complete address template:

<ATTENTION>

<ADDRESSEE>

<ADDR1>

<ADDR2>

<ADDR3>

<CITY> <STATE> <ZIP>

<COUNTRY>

4. Click Save.
