When a user experience a problem editing list ofcountries via Setup > Site Builder/SuiteCommerce Advanced> Shopping > COUNTRIES WEB STORE SHIPS TO whereinthe list freezes and just continuously loads, please follow steps below:
1. Navigate to Home > Set Preferences
2. Under Generaltab > Optimizing NetSuite > MAXIMUM ENTRIES IN DROPDOWNS >increase it to 500.
This will make COUNTRIESWEB STORE SHIPS TO become a multi-select field and would easily display allavailable countries with no delay.
