1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.
2. Click Case.
3. Criteria > Standard > Filters:
- Messages Fields... > Subject > is not empty
- Messages Fields... > Type > Email
- Messages Fields... > Is Incoming > No
5. Add the following fields:
- Number
- Subject
- Company
- Contact
- Assigned To
- Messages Fields... > Type
- Messages Fields... > Author
- Messages Fields... > Recipient
- Messages Fields... > Subject
- Messages Fields... > Message
