Add a Matrix Parent Item to a Child Item in a Promotion

Adding a matrix parent item to the promotion and saving automatically adds all of the sub-items.

To have the promotion to only apply to certain sub-items, add only the sub-items and not to the parent.

Note: Using certain bundles like Advanced Promotions (Bundle ID: 31356), the functionality might be different.  For Advanced Promotions, item based promotions need the sub-items and not the parent item.
