Void Button Missing on Invoice or Bill Even if the Role has Full Permission

1.      Log in as Administrator.

2.      Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Preferences.

3.      On General tab > General Ledger section > disable the Void Transactions Using Reversing Journals.

 

Note: An enhancement was filed under Issue 103842 where Void button is available when Void Transactions Using Reversing Journals is enabled.
