When editing a case in NetSuite, an Unexpected Error comes up preventing users from deleting the case.
Users can try the alternate solution below:
1. Log in to NetSuite as an Administrator.
2. Navigate to List > Support > Cases.
3. Enable the Inline Editing feature by clicking on the Inline Editing button on top of the list.
4. After enabling the Inline Editing feature, a New column appears on the left most side of the screen.
5. If users click on the drop down, a Delete Record option is available.
