Unable to Mark Return Label Integration Box in the FedEx Shipping Item Record because it is grayed out

To enable Return Label Integration box in the FedEx Shipping Item record (i.e. FedEx Ground), FedEx must be setup as the Default Shipping Carrier under Setup > Accounting > Shipping.
