Unable to Fulfill Item due to Missing or Invalid data element: To City

Verify the City entered on both Sales Order and Item Fulfilment.

1.    Pull up Item Fulfilment.

2.    Hit Edit button.

3.    Under Shipping or Address tab > remove other characters like comma included on City Name.

4.    Hit Save.

It is suggested that you enter the Zip Code first when creating new Shipping Address on either Customer Record or Sales Order.

After the Zip Code has been entered, system will auto populate the City and State/Province.
