The Employee Name appears as Last Name, First Name Last Name, First Name (ex: Smith, Jason Smith, Jason) when there is a Customer record saved with the same Name and they are linked via Other Relationships.
Pre-requisites:
Auto-Generated Numbers are set:
Employee = F
Customer = T
To resolve the problem, perform the following steps:
1. Navigate to Setup > Company > Auto-Generated Numbers.
2. Under Entities tab, mark the Enable checkbox for Customer.
3. Click Save.
4. Navigate to Lists > Employees > Employees.
5. Edit the employee record.
6. Unmark then mark the Auto box on the Employee ID field.
7. Click Save.
Actual Results: The name should show as Last Name, First Name.
7. Navigate to Setup > Company > Auto-Generated Numbers and mark the Enable box for Customer.
