This error has two symptoms, an email and a pop-up message.

The email contains the following:

TypeError 'length' is null or not an object

 

The pop-up message would appear as soon as an Item is selected in the line level:

An unexpected error occurred in a script running on this page.

TypeError Unable to get property 'length' of undefined or null reference.

These errors would appear if the Multiple Prices feature has been disabled.

 

To verify:
- Navigate to Setup > Company > Enable Features
- Go to Transactions tab> Sales section
- Verify if the Multiple Prices feature is enabled, otherwise, check the box

- Click Save
