Saved Search to show Lot Number On Hand per Location

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.
2. Click on Inventory Numbers.
3. On the Criteria tab, add the below Filters:

--Select Item Fields...  then Is Lot Numbered Item set it to Yes
--On Hand is greater than 0.

4. On the Results Tab, click Remove All Button and add the Below Fields:

--Item
--Number
--On Hand
--Item Fields...  then select Stock Unit
--Item Fields… then select Location.

5. Rename the Saved Search and click Save & Run.

Note: The search results will show On Hand Quantity in Base Units.

If Units of Measure is enabled and the Items use a Non-Base Unit of Measure as Stock Units, the quantity in the Item Record will be different from the Saved Search Results.

User will need to convert it to Base Units to reconcile the discrepancy.
