Reminder Fields Greyed out on Phone Call Record

In order to select the Reminder Type field options, the Reserve Time field must be checked. This reserves a block of time for the Phone Call and allows Reminder setting for the Phone Call organizer.

 

Set a default value for the Reminder Type field as follows:

1. Navigate to Home > Set Preferences.

2. Click on Activities.

3. Select a option in the Default Reminder Type field.

4. Click Save.

 

Note: This also applies to Events and Tasks records.
