Pull Up Foreign Currency Item Price in a Saved Search

Problem:

 

In a OneWorld Account, pulling up Item Rate field under the Results tab shows the unit price in the Base Currency of the Company.

Solution:

If users want to pull up the actual Item Rate in the search regardless of what Foreign Currency it is, users can follow the steps below:

1. On the Transaction Search Results page, click Edit this Search.

2. Navigate to Results tab. Under the Field drop down, select Formula (Currency).

3. On the Formula column, paste this Formula:

{fxamount}/ NULLIF({quantity},0)

4. Click Add. If this is a new Search, enter a Search Title and click Save & Run.
