Minimize Spaces between Transaction Body Fields when Printing

 

1.   Navigate to:

Customization > Forms > Transaction PDF Layout > select preferred Layout

 

2.    Highlight the Body Field Element (border will turn blue)

3. On the Editor window on the left, under Element Size,set Height as 1.0.

4. Save.

The available body fieldswill adjust spacing based on the height of the element. If there areonly 3 body fields, then the space in between then will adjust. To solvethe problem just change the height as desired, usually less than 1.0.

If the Element Heightis set to 1.0, notice the spacing between body fields.

If the Element Heightis set to 0.3125 or any number lower than 1.0, the spacing betweenbody fields are smaller.
