1. Create Customer Search
Navigate to Lists > Relationships > Customers > Search >
Click Create Saved Search button
2. Rename the Search Title.
3. On the Criteria tab> Standard subtab
*Filter | * Description (this is the column headers)
Status | is any of Customer-Closed Won
Inactive | is set to false
Transaction fields... then select Type | is any of Cash Sale and Invoice
Transaction fields... then select Main Line is set to Yes
4. On the Results tab> Columns subtab > click Remove All button then add the following:
* Field | Summary Type (this are column header)
ID | Group
Name | Group
Transaction fields... then select Amount (Gross) | Sum ** Spending Amount
Billing Address
First Name | Group
Last Name | Group
Billing Address 1 | Group
Billing Address 2 | Group
Billing City | Group
Billing State/Province | Group
Billing Zip | Group
Billing Country | Group
Transaction fields... select Date | Maximum
5. Save & Run
