Import User Notes to Attach to Vendor Bill records

1. As Administrator navigate to Setup > Import/Export > Import CSV Records.
2. From the Scan & Upload CSV File page, choose:

    Import Type: Communications
    Record Type: Notes
    
3. Upload the CSV file by clicking Select.
4. Click Next.
5. On the Import Options page, choose Add if users are adding new User Notes and Update if users wish to change/update existing ones. 
6. Click Next.
7. On the Field Mapping page, map the CSV file fields against NetSuite fields. If users are adding new User Notes to transactions, users must map at least the following NetSuite fields:

   - External ID - key field for the notes
   - Memo (Req) - actual notes
   - Transaction - the record where the User Note will be attached to [in this case, it would be Vendor Bill]

Note: The Transaction Column should hold the actual Bill Reference Number. The format should be [Bill #xxx].

8. Click Next.
9. Give the import a Map Name.
10. Click Save & Run.
