Import of Personnel data from Spreadsheet to Adaptive generates error message: "Import failed due to errors in import file.

This article is intended for accounts integrated with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite's partner in delivering financial management solutions.

To solve the problem, use the Import template downloaded from Adaptive Insights. This file appears to be a printable view of the Personnel sheet. In order to import data to Personnel sheet, follow the steps provided previously.
1. Go to the Import tab.
2. Select Import Into Sheet > Personnel
3. Select Download Template.
4. Transfer the data from the Printable View of the sheet, into the correct columns in the newly downloaded template.
5. Import the new file.
