Create a Saved Search with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New.
2. Select Transaction as the Search Type.
3. On the Criteria tab, select Document Number/ID and enter the bill number as the filter value.
4. On the Results tab > Columns subtab, add the following fields:
a. Applied To Transaction
b. Applied To Transaction : Line ID
c. Line ID
d. Item
5. Save or Preview the search.
The search results should allow you to identify which line in the Purchase Order (PO) the Bill is applied to by looking at the Applied To Transaction : Line ID field. Having the Line ID field will allow you to cross reference the PO line item against the Bill line item.
