Employee Name does not Appear in the Assigned To Field on Case Record

Employee Name is not showing in the Assigned To field when assigning a Case record. The Employee is already marked as Support Rep under the Human Resources tab.

To resolve this, make sure that the Employee record is not inactive. To check this, perform the following steps:

 

            1. Navigate to Lists > Employees > Employees.

           

            2. Check Show Inactives (lower left).

           

            3. Edit the Employee record.

           

            4. Make sure that Status (upper right) of the Employee is Active.

           

            5. If Status is Inactive, un-check the Inactive field.

           

            6. Click Save.
