Display the Store Display Thumbnail Image filename in the Item Search Result

To display the file name of the thumbnail image, create an Item Saved Search, and under the Results tab, add a Formula (Text) field with this formula:

SUBSTR({thumbnailurl}, INSTR({thumbnailurl}, '/', -1) + 1)
