The Receipt column field is auto populated by the Item Receipt Number if the Match Bill To Receipt box is checked on the Purchase Order the Bill is created from.
To create the Saved Search:
1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New > Select Transaction
2. Add below filter under Criteria tab > Standard subtab:
Type = is Bill
Applied to Link Type = is Receipt Bill
3. Add below fields under Results tab > Columns subtab:
Applied to Transaction fields : Number
Applied to Transaction
4. Rename the Search Title
5. Save & Run
