Custom Field is Missing When Printing Transactions

When a custom transaction body field is not printed on transactions, whether it has a value or not, make sure that the field is set to print on the transaction form.

1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms.
2. Edit the transaction form.
3. Click on the Printing Fields tab.
4. Click on the Body subtab.
5. Look for the custom field and check the Print checkbox.
6. Click Save.

Note: This applies to transaction forms using Basic layouts.
