Create a Saved Search to Display only Debits to a GL Account

  1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New.
  2. Select Transaction as the Search Type.
  3. On the Criteria tab, enter a filter for Account and select the appropriate account.
  4. Add a filter for Amount (Debit) = not empty
  5. Add filter for Date.
  6. On the Results tab, add a column for Amount (Debit).
  7. Add/remove other columns as necessary.
  8. Enter an appropriate search title.
  9. Click Save & Run.
