Cannot delete Proposal History record. Error: This custom record entry cannot be deleted because it is being referred to by other records.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Fixed Assets> Searches> Proposal History.

2. Look for the Asset Name/Number that you would like to delete and click Edit.

3. Click on More Actions> Delete.

4. Error: This custom record entry cannot be deleted because it is being referred to by other records.

Resolution:

1. Check the Proposal History: Other Methods tab if there are Alternate Methods assigned to it.

2. Click on Remove to remove the Alternate Methods attached to the Proposal History record.

3. Try to delete the Proposal History again.
