Cannot Add More Options to the Industry List on the Lead Form

The Industry field on the Lead form is being sourced from the custom list Industry. The field ID for field Industry is custentity_esc_industry, while the ID for the custom list Industry is customlist_esc_industries. When you go to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Lists, Industry list is not listed. When you navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Entity Fields, the Industry field is not listed too.

 

The Industry field and custom list are part of the Enhanced Sales Center Bundle (Bundle ID 19656). This is by default set to Hide Components. This means that the components (fields, forms, etc) are not available in the UI. 

To show the components:
 

1.    Navigate to Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles > List.

2.    Click on Enhanced Sales Center.

3.    Navigate to Components tab.

4.    In the Display Options, choose Show Components.

 

 

Navigate back to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Lists and Industry is listed. Users can now add more options to this list.
