When a user drills into Netsuite numbers, if the user has logged on to Netsuite in the session, then whatever role the user logged in as at that time is the role that is used for the drill through. If the user is not logged on to Netsuite, then the drill through takes the user to the Netsuite login page and whatever role they get logged into when they log into Netsuite is the role that is used for the drill through. Adaptive does not have any control over the roles in Netsuite.
This is not something we can tweak from the Integration side as Adaptive is manually creating the URL needed for report generation. Adaptive does not have any control over the roles in Netsuite. Same thing happens when session timed out occurs.
However, the customer has the option to set a single role to that user and then create another employee record for the same user with another email address to set it up with other roles that he has as their alternate solution.
