Actions That Update Saved Search Execution Logs

Saved Search Execution Logs are updated when the following actions are performed for the search:

• the Results link is clicked from the Saved Searches page (Lists > Search > Saved Searches) 
• the Save & Run button is clicked
• the Save & Email button is clicked
• the search is run as scheduled (edit the search > view the Email tab > Schedule subtab)
  

Clicking Preview on saved searches does not update the execution log.
