Withholding Tax Tab and Fields are not Available in Sales Transaction (i.e. Invoices)

Scenario:

·        Create sales transaction:

·        Example:

·        Navigate to Transactions>Sales> Create Invoices

·        Enter Customer Name

·        Form changes to matchthe customer's subsidiary and shipping address nexus

·        Withholding Tax tab and fields are notavailable in the Invoice transaction

 

Findings:

·        Withholding Tax SuiteApp is installed in the NetSuite account via Customization> SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles > List

·        Transactionnexus is not that equal to Philippines

·        Philippine WithholdingTaxinformation are already setup in the bundle and will be readily available if Philippine nexus is included under Setup > Accounting > Taxes > Nexuses

·        Detailsof the Withholding Tax for the othernexuses need to be manually entered in the NetSuite account

·        Navigate to these centersto properly setup the Withholding Tax Detail for nexuses other than thePhilippines:

·        Tax Types

·        Tax Codes
