Web Store does not Send out Custom Web Store Email Template Assigned in Web Site Setup

 

When web order confirmation emails (order received, approved, fulfilled, and cancelled) being sent out uses the template from Customize Text instead of the custom web store template you have assigned under Setup > Site Builder  > Set Up Web Site > Email tab > Order Emails subtab, check if the Language assigned to the template is enabled online.

 

For example:

 

  1. Create a custom web store email template
  1. Navigate to Documents > Templates > Web Store Email Templates  > New
  2. Language = English (U.S.)
  3. Enter the custom email then Save.

 

  1. Make sure that the language used for the custom web store email template is set online
  1. Navigate to Setup > Site Builder > Set Up Web Site > Appearance tab > Languages subtab
  2. Make sure that English (U.S) is set to Online.
