Use of Has Keywords Operator in a Customer Saved Search

1. Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.
2. Select Customer.
3. Under Criteria select some filter > for example Name/ID:


The Has Keywords operator can be used to search for multiple keywords.

A. Putting the OR operator between keywords will look for one keyword OR the other.

B. Placing a keyword in double quotes look for exactly that keyword. For example, searching for color will return colorful, but "color" in quotes will not.
