Search to Identify Journal Entries and Intercompany Journal Entries

Answer/Solution:
 

1. Navigate to List> Search> Saved Searches> New> Transaction
2. On the Criteria tab> Standard sub tab, set the following:
    -Type is Journal   
  
3. Navigate to Results tab> Columns subtab, add the following:
Field | Formula | Custom Label
-Formula (Text) | Decode({multisubsidiary},'T','Intercompany Journal Entry','Journal Entry')  | Type of Journal Entry
-Intercompany

4. Enter Search Title and click Save & Run button
