Purge or Delete Credit Card Information in NetSuite

Currently, NetSuite does not have an option to purge credit card details entered.

 

This is still under an enhancement request # 23566 (Create a Credit Card Number Purge Function after a Certain Period of Time).

 

As an alternate solution, we can do any of the following:

1. Manually delete the credit card details entered in the Customer Record found in Financial tab > Credit Card subtab.

 

or

 

2. Update the credit card fields through CSV Import. (See article Answer ID: 23122 - Delete All Credit Card Details from Customer Records via CSV Import)
