Note: Preferred format is set under Setup > Company > General Preferences.
1. Navigate to List > Relationships > Customers to list all Customers.
2. Check if the List View has the Phone Number column included.
Note: If the Phone Number column is not included, click on the Customize View button in order to add the Phone Number column on the list.
3. Enable Direct List Editing (Inline Editing should be turned On).
4. Check the list and if look for an incorrectly formatted Phone Number, click on that Phone Number then hit the tab button on your keyboard. This updates the format.
