Also, this only affects Internet Explorer and FireFox browsers.
To resolve, user can do any of the following:
1. Downgrade to Adobe Reader 9 or earlier.
2. Use Chrome browser instead.
2. Enable the "Enable Protected Mode at startup"
- Open Adobe Reader X
- From Edit menu select Preferences
- Select General category on the list, tick the box for "Enable Protected Mode at startup"
- Click OK
Note:
To print in PDF, Print Using HTML must be disabled (Home > Set Preferences > Transactions tab)
