Automated Intercompany Management : Intercompany Sales Order shows back ordered quantity even if the inventory item has quantity avaialble

Solution :

1. Navigate to Transactions > Sales > Manage Intercompany Sales Orders

2. Select a Customer

3. Make sure to select a location on the Location field

4. Generate Sales Order


Note: Without the Location on the Location field, NetSuite cannot identify the location where the items will be coming from.
