1. Navigate to Report > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New > select Transaction
2. Rename the Search Title for easy reference in the future.
3. Under Criteria tab > Standard sub tab:
*Filter *Description
Type is Sales Order
Note: Add other preferred Criteria as necessary.
4. Under Results tab > Columns sub tab > choose Field(s) you want the search to pull up.
5. Under Email tab > check the Send Email Alerts When Records are Created/Updated box.
6. Under Email tab > Specific Recipients sub tab > add Recipient(s)
7. Under Email tab >Customize Message tab > in the message field > copy and paste below formula:
Est. Gross Profit %: <%=ROUND({tranestgrossprofitpct}*100)%>
Note: Add other preferred Fields as necessary.
8. Summarized Results > choose the Send within Message radio button.
9. Click on the Save & Run button.
