Receive Checkbox does not Display and Unable to Receive Multiple Purchase Orders

There are two requisites in order for users to be able to utilize the Bulk Receiving process:
1. Advanced Receiving should be enabled under Setup > Company > Enable Features > Transactions Tab.
2. Drop Shipments & Special Orders should be disabled under Setup > Company > Enable Features > Items & Inventory Tab.
