Print Promotion Code on Sales Order with the use of a PDF Layout

I. Verify if the format used to print Transaction Forms is in PDF

1. Navigate to Home > Set Preferences
2. In the Transactions tab, Printing section, if Print using HTML = False, then PDF Layout is used

II. Get the Transaction Form PDF Layout used by the Sales Order form

1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms
2. Click Customize or Edit beside the Sales Order transaction form
3. Get the name of the PDF Layout

III. Customize the PDF Layout to print Promotion Code

1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Form PDF Layouts
2. Click Edit next to the PDF Layout
3. Click Add Custom Element
4. In the Add Element window, select Promotion Code from the Choose Element(s) box
5. Set Wrap Text =True
6. Set Show Label = True
7. Click OK
8. Move the Custom Element
9. Click Save

Note:
If you save the Transaction Form PDF Layout with a different Name, go back to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms, edit the Sales Order transaction form used and change the PDF Layout specified.
