Labels for Some Fields/Tabs Vary per User Regardless of the Role Used

The labels on the custom form are also beingcontrolled by the Language Preference per user. It is most likely that User Ais using Language= English (U.S.) while User B is using Language=English (International).

For example:

User A with the following information below:
1. Navigate to Home > Set Preferences > On General tab,set Language= English (U.S.)
2. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms >Edit preferred Sales Order form (custom) > On Tabs, edit the labelsas shown below > Click Save. 

 • Description= Items>> Label= Product Items
 • Description= Shipping >> Label= ShippingInfo.
 
 
User B logs into NetSuite (with the same role as User A) using Language=English (International).

When User B navigated to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms > Edit preferred Sales Order form(custom) > On Tabs, we have the following labels below:

 • Description= Items>> Label= Items.
 • Description= Shipping >> Label= Shipping.
 
To resolve this, you need to make sure that both users have the same Languageeither English (U.S) or English (International) on the Home > SetPreferences page.
