Fixed Assets > Transactions > Asset Proposal : Fixed Asset Proposal screen only shows debits and not credits

Currently, we do not support an asset proposal with negative balance or credits.  For fixed assets that were re-classed by creating a journal entry to reverse the original journal entry that was still on the asset proposal screen, user can manually delete or reject the fixed asset proposal which was erroneously created.
